After selecting Wisconsin offensive lineman Cole Van Lanen with their first sixth-round pick of the 2021 NFL draft, the Green Bay Packers took Boston College linebacker Isaiah McDuffie with their second choice in the round, No. 221 overall.

McDuffie was fifth in the nation in tackles in 2020 with 107. He also had 6.5 tackles for loss and three sacks as he was a second-team All-ACC selection.

McDuffie only played four games after returning from an injury in 2019. He was a second-team All-ACC selection in 2018, finishing with 85 tackles, 5.5 TFL and 3.5 sacks.

He played strongside linebacker at Boston College.
