The Green Bay Packers signed wide receiver Equanimeous St. Brown to the active roster Wednesday.
St. Brown spent the first five weeks of the season on the practice squad but had been a gameday elevation to the 53-man roster for three contests.
A sixth-round pick by the Packers in 2018, St. Brown has registered 29 receptions for 445 yards and one touchdown in 27 career games. He’s caught 29 of the 51 passes (56.9%) thrown his way.
St. Brown has played 29 offensive snaps this season and hauled in one pass for no gain in the fourth quarter of Green Bay’s 25-17 win over Detroit in Week 2.
Additionally, the Packers added cornerback Quinton Dunbar to the practice squad. Green Bay is without star corner Jaire Alexander and Kevin King is banged up.
Dunbar played five seasons for Washington from 2015-19 and six contests for Seattle in 2020. He spent time with Arizona and Detroit in 2021 before landing on the Packers practice squad.
In 64 career games (31 starts), Dunbar has posted 180 tackles, 40 passes defensed and 10 interceptions.
Green Bay (4-1) will take on the Chicago Bears (2-3) at Soldier Field on Sunday.
