With their final pick of the NFL draft, No. 256 overall in the seventh round of the NFL draft, the Green Bay Packers selected Mississippi State running back Kylin Hill.

Hill played in just three games for the Bulldogs before opting out to prepare for the draft. He rushed for 58 yards on 15 carries while catching 23 passes for 237 yards.

In 2019 as a junior, Hill rushed for 1,350 yards (5.6 average) and 10 touchdowns with 18 receptions for 180 yards and a TD.

Hill will have to battle Patrick Taylor, Mike Weber and Dexter Williams for a spot on the roster behind Aaron Jones and AJ Dillon.

Of Green Bay’s nine draft picks in 2021, six were on the offensive side of the ball.
