Several Wisconsin Badgers offensive players were named to 2021 All-Big Ten teams Wednesday, with two garnering first-team nods.

Seniors guard Josh Seltzner and tight end Jake Ferguson both were chosen to the first team by the coaches. No Badgers were named first team by the media.

Ferguson led Wisconsin with 43 receptions while totaling 417 yards and two touchdowns.

Both Ferguson and Seltzner were named to the second team by the media. Freshman running back Braelon Allen and senior tackle Logan Bruss were consensus second-team selections.

Allen finished fourth in the Big Ten with 1,109 rushing yards and 12 rushing touchdowns despite having 10+ carries in only eight games and just three with 20 or more, thanks in part to seven consecutive games with 100+ yards. He averaged 7.06 yards per rush and his eight runs of 30+ yards are fourth in the nation and most in the Big Ten.

In addition, senior tackle Tyler Beach was named third-team All-Big Ten by the coaches. Beach was tabbed honorable mention by the media.

Redshirt freshman guard Jack Nelson and sophomore center Joe Tippmann were both consensus honorable mention selections. Junior running back Chez Mellusi, who rushed for 815 yards and five touchdowns before suffering a season-ending injury, was an honorable mention selection by the media.
