CHARLOTTE – Bally Sports Southeast will televise all 82 Charlotte Hornets regular season games for the 2021-22 NBA season. The telecasts will be anchored by the network’s flagship pre- and postgame show, Hornets LIVE.
The first Hornets game on Bally Sports Southeast will air Wednesday, October 20, with the Hornets hosting the Indiana Pacers in the season opener. Coverage will begin at 6 p.m. ET with a special one-hour edition of Hornets LIVE. The final game of the 82-game schedule will be Sunday, April 10, between the Hornets and Washington Wizards.
In addition to the 82 regular season games, Bally Sports Southeast will also televise three preseason games, including home games on Oct. 7 against the Memphis Grizzlies at 7 p.m. ET and Oct. 13 against the Dallas Mavericks at 7 p.m. ET. The network will also have bonus coverage of the road game against the Miami Heat on Oct. 11 at 7:30 p.m. ET (Bally Sports Sun production).
Eric Collins, Dell Curry and Ashley ShahAhmadi will return this season to the Hornets broadcast team. Collins enters his seventh season as play-by-play announcer and Curry will begin his 13th season as analyst. ShahAhmadi will be in her fourth season as in-game reporter and host of Hornets LIVE.
Hornets games on Bally Sports Southeast will be widely available throughout North Carolina and South Carolina through cable, satellite and over-the-top providers, including AT&T U-verse, AT&T TV, DIRECTV, DIRECTV STREAM and Spectrum.
