MEMPHIS – Bally Sports Southeast will televise 81 of 82 Memphis Grizzlies regular season games for the 2021-22 NBA season. The telecasts will be anchored by the network’s flagship pre- and postgame show, Grizzlies LIVE.
The network’s schedule will tip off Wednesday, October 20, with the Grizzlies at home versus the Cleveland Cavaliers. Coverage will begin at 6 p.m. CT with a special one-hour edition of Grizzlies LIVE. The final game of the regular season schedule will air Sunday, April 10, between the Grizzlies and Boston Celtics.
In addition to the 81 regular season games on Bally Sports Southeast, five of the team’s six preseason games will also air on the network. All three home games will be televised: Oct. 5 against the Milwaukee Bucks at 7 p.m. CT, Oct. 9 against the Atlanta Hawks at 7 p.m. CT, and Oct. 11 against the Detroit Pistons at 7 p.m. CT. Bally Sports Southeast will carry bonus coverage of the Grizzlies at Charlotte Hornets game on Oct. 7 at 6 p.m. CT (Bally Sports Southeast production, Hornets feed) and the Grizzlies at Indiana Pacers on Oct. 13 at 6 p.m. CT (Bally Sports Midwest production).
The Bally Sports broadcast team for Grizzlies games will remain the same in 2021-22. Pete Pranica will enter his 18th season as play-by-play announcer and Brevin Knight will begin his 12th season as analyst. Rob Fischer will be in his 15th season as in-game reporter and host of Grizzlies LIVE. He will be joined on Grizzlies LIVE by analysts Chris Vernon (ninth season) and Michael Wallace (sixth season).
Grizzlies games on Bally Sports Southeast will be widely available across Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky and Mississippi through cable, satellite and over-the-top providers, including AT&T U-verse, DIRECTV, DIRECTV STREAM, Spectrum and Xfinity.
