COLUMBUS, OH – Bally Sports Ohio will produce all non-nationally exclusive Blue Jackets 2023-24 regular season games each with pre- and postgame coverage. Click for the complete game schedule.
The Blue Jackets open their 23rd NHL season at home on Thursday, October 12th with a 7 p.m. puck drop vs. the Philadelphia Flyers. Bally Sports Ohio will feature a special hour-long pregame show live from Nationwide Arena Plaza starting at 6 p.m.
Pre- and Postgame Coverage
Blue Jackets Livepregame show, presented by Central Ohio Toyota Dealers, will air 30 minutes prior to every game providing commentary, features, and in-depth pregame coverage. Immediately following the final horn of each game, the postgame edition of Blue Jackets Live, presented by IGS Energy,will feature highlights, player interviews and analysis.
Broadcast Team
Play-by-play announcer Jeff Rimer and color analyst Jody Shelley are back to call the action all season long with Dave Maetzoldreporting. Jean-Luc Grand-Pierre and Brian Giesenschlag return to co-host Blue Jackets Live.

Blue Jackets coverage can be streamed on www.ballysports.com and the Bally Sports app when a consumer authenticates through their pay TV service or subscribes to Bally Sports+.

Over the next month, Jackets fans can watch Blue Jackets Conversations, Links to the Game, Blue Jackets Rewinds, and Welcome to the NHL on Bally Sports Ohio, as well as exclusive preseason videos on ballysports.com and Bally Sports Columbus social media channels.
- Blue Jackets Conversations is a 30-minute program featuring sit-down interviews with the team’s new head coach Mike Babcock, their 2023 Draft pick Adam Fantilli, and president of hockey operations John Davidson. The show debuts Thursday, Sept 14th at 8:30 p.m. and will re-air throughout the preseason. Check local listings for replays.
- Links to the Game is a 30-minute program featuring golf pro Jimmy Hanlin golfing with Patrik Laine, Cole Sillinger and Jody Shelley. The show debuts Saturday, Oct. 7th at 8 p.m. Check local listings for replays.
