CLEVELAND, OH – Bally Sports Great Lakes is excited for the return of Major League Baseball as the TV home of the Guardians announces its broadcast schedule of spring training games and spring programming.
In the annual “Way to Opening Day,” the network will feature eight Guardians spring training games. Rick Manning and Matt Underwood will call the action with Andre Knott reporting unless the telecast is produced by another Bally Sports regional sports network.
The network is also airing a one-hour Guards Fest show, Guardians Report, and Guardians Rewinds throughout the spring. The all-new Guards Fest show was recorded at the Guardians’ recent fan festival from January 21st during which Andre Knott interviewed several Guardians players and coaches. Hear from Triston McKenzie about his trip to the World Series, Josh Bell on his hopes for his first season with the team, Terry Francona about being named the American League's most handsome manager by gambling.com, and others.
A special spring Guardians Report is also airing throughout the spring. The 30-minute show hosted by Al Pawlowski and Jensen Lewis addresses MLB’s rule changes, breaks down the offseason moves in the AL Central, discusses how the team will build off of their 2022 season, and much more.
The network rounds out its “Way to Opening Day” lineup with Guardians Rewinds, featuring some of 2022’s most memorable games.
