With the World Series ongoing and the offseason almost officially upon us, Major League Baseball teams soon will turn their attention to the 2023 season.

Minnesota general manager Thad Levine will have plenty of decisions to make, especially concerning the starting rotation.

Three Twins starters have options and another is due a nice raise via arbitration.

There’s also some free agents to consider brining back and other arbitration cases to ponder – can any be signed to longer-term deals (perhaps Luis Arraez?) and who will be nontendered and made a free agent?

Of course, there’s also the Carlos Correa situation and impending hole at shortstop (especially with Royce Lewis, recovering from a torn ACL, not expected to be ready by the start of the season).

Here's a rundown of the Twins' contract situations this offseason, with salary included (information from Cot's Baseball Contracts, spotrac and baseball-reference.com; arbitration estimates via MLBTradeRumors.com).
