The Minnesota Timberwolves released their schedule for the 2021-22 regular season Friday.

Minnesota will open the new campaign Oct. 20 when it battles the Houston Rockets at the Target Center. The road schedule begins Oct. 27 with a tilt against the defending NBA champion Milwaukee Bucks.

Seven of the team’s first eight games are at home. The Wolves will play 13 back-to-back games and only one in which the team goes from the road to home the following night.

The Los Angeles Lakers visit Minnesota twice -- Dec. 17 and March 16. Kevin Durant and the Brooklyn Nets are in town Jan. 23, and Steph Curry’s Golden State Warriors play at the Target Center on Jan. 16 and March 1.
