The Milwaukee Bucks made a move with one of their two-way contracts, releasing guard Javonte Smart and signing guard Lindell Wigginton.

Wigginton left Iowa state after his sophomore season in 2019 but went undrafted. He played with the Iowa Wolves for two seasons before joining the Wisconsin Herd this year.

In 17 games with the Herd, Wigginton averaged 17.2 points, 5.2 rebounds and 4.6 assists. In 15 games with Iowa last season, he averaged 17.1 point, 5.4 assists and 4.1 rebounds.

Smart was signed to a two-way deal Nov. 30. He played in 13 games with one start and averaged 2.4 points, 1.5 rebounds and 1.1 assists over 12.3 minutes. He didn’t play in Milwaukee’s last two games and hadn’t scored since Dec. 18.
