MIAMI – Bally Sports Florida, the network of the Miami Marlins, announced today the broadcast team for the 2022 season.

Paul Severino returns for his fifth season as play-by-play announcer and will be joined in the booth by longtime Marlins announcer Tommy Hutton, former MLB catcher J.P. Arencibia, four-time World Series Champion Jeff Nelson, and former Marlins player Gaby Sanchez. Nelson and Sanchez will also continue their roles as analysts on the network’s “Marlins Live!” pregame and postgame coverage this season.

Joining the team of analysts will be former MLB outfielder and former analyst for the Detroit Tigers on Bally Sports Detroit, who has also called action on Fox Saturday Baseball, Rod Allen. Allen served 21 seasons as an MLB analyst earning Emmys with the Tigers in 2006 and 2007. Allen also spent four seasons as a hitting instructor in the Marlins organization from 1992 through 1995.

Craig Minervini will begin his twenty-first season as host and in-game reporter, in addition to Jessica Blaylock, who enters her eighth season as in-game reporter and host. Kelly Saco rounds out the broadcast team in her fifth season as contributing host and in-game reporter, while South Florida digital host and reporter Jeremy Tache will cover all things social in his second season with the network.

All broadcasts throughout the season will feature half-hour “Marlins Live” pregame shows along with extended postgame coverage. “Marlins Live!” will originate from loanDepot park for home games, while away games will be anchored from the Bally Sports studio. The game broadcast team will also return to travel with the team for all road games this upcoming season.

Going beyond the games, Bally Sports Florida’s partnership with the Marlins provides fans with opportunities to get to know the team and its players. “Marlins All-Access” and “Marlins Clubhouse” both return to provide fans with unique perspectives and captivating insights on the team, players, coaches, organization and more.

Lastly, this season’s Bally Sports Florida broadcast schedule is to be announced and will be subject to change in anticipation of MLB, team, network and provider updates and clarifications. Any changes will be communicated to media and fans ahead of each series in accordance with the Marlins and MLB.
