Indiana's T.J. McConnell will be out indefinitely with a right wrist injury, Pacers coach Rick Carlisle announced Thursday.

Carlisle told reporters that the veteran guard will be out "a while." McConnell left Wednesday's home loss to Atlanta in the first quarter and did not return.

With McConnell out, Brad Wanamaker (16:28) and Oshae Brissett (17:53) saw extended playing time against the Hawks.

McConnell has been a burst of energy off the bench for the Pacers this season. He is averaging 8.4 points, 4.8 assists, 1.0 steals and 24.2 minutes over 24 games.
